Protection from the sun

As we all know of the harmful effect of exposing hair to excessive sunlight, the first priority should be to shield your hair from the glaring, harmful rays of the sun. Wear a hat or cover your hair with a scarf when you are going out for a long time in the sun. This will protect your hair, much like how your sun protection creams protect your skin. Regular conditioning
